David Burgher sued Ronald J. Latham ("Latham") and Latham Roofing, Inc.— Commercial ("Roofing Inc.") alleging breach of contract and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. The jury found that Roofing Inc. failed to comply with its agreement to repair Burger's roof and that Roofing Inc. violated the DTPA in its dealings with Burgher.
