Appellant Sylvia S. Romo, Bexar County Tax Assessor-Collector ("Romo") appeals the trial court's order denying her plea to the jurisdiction. On appeal, Romo alleges the trial court erred in denying her plea to the jurisdiction because governmental immunity protects her from suit. We reverse the trial court's order denying Romo's plea to the jurisdiction and remand the cause to the trial court with instructions...
