KENT C. SULLIVAN, Justice.

This consolidated appellate proceeding, consisting of an appeal and a petition for writ of mandamus, arises out of the trial court's granting of a motion for judgment nunc pro tunc in which the trial court changed dates in the Agreed Final Decree of Divorce. We modify the trial court's "Order on Motion for Judgment Nunc Pro Tunc" by deleting certain portions of the order and, as modified, we affirm. We deny the petition...
