This is an appeal from an order requiring appellant, Ford Motor Company ("Ford"), to pay the guardian ad litem fees of appellee, Richard H. Garcia, in the amount of $28,260. In this case, Garcia was appointed guardian ad litem, without objection, for the incapacitated plaintiff Jesus Gonzalez in the underlying personal injury action.
