Keith J. Alfaro was charged with assault with bodily injury, resisting arrest, and evading arrest. The jury found him not guilty on the assault with bodily injury charge, but guilty on the resisting arrest and evading arrest charges. Alfaro appeals his convictions and, in one issue, contends the trial court erred in denying his requested charge on the defense of mistake of fact. We find no error and affirm the...
