Brenda Ritchey appeals the trial court's order granting Steve and Amy Pinnell's motion for summary judgment. Ritchey purchased a home from the Pinnells which Steve had remodeled prior to the purchase. Steve had purchased the home as an investment1 intending to remodel the home and resell it.
