TERRY McCALL, Justice.

In a three-count indictment, Isbaal Velasquez Chavez was charged with one count of aggravated sexual assault (Count I) and two counts of indecency with a child (Counts II and III). The jury acquitted appellant on the aggravated sexual assault count and convicted him on the indecency with a child counts. The jury assessed punishment at fourteen years confinement and a fine of $7,000 on Count II and at fifteen years confinement...
