Andrew's Restoration, Inc. d/b/a Protech Services performed mold-remediation services on the home of Dr. Erwin Cruz and went unpaid. Protech sued Cruz and his homeowner's insurance carrier, Chubb Lloyds Insurance Company of Texas. Cruz and Chubb impleaded Protech's owner, Rudy Martinez, as a third-party defendant.
