Cadles of Grassy Meadows II, L.L.C., as successor-in-interest to a judgment obtained by TCAP Corporation f/k/a Transamerican Capital Corporation against appellee George Gervin, appeals from the trial court's denial of its application for a turnover order.1 For the following reasons, we affirm.
