The January 2009 anonymous tip that ultimately led to the conviction of Ricky Gilmore, Sr., in a Houston County1 jury trial for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, came in a telephone call to Houston County Deputy H.D. Gresham. Without divulging how he or she had come by the information, the tipster told Gresham that Gilmore had just left Trinity County traveling...
