Appellant, Kachikwu Illoh, M.D., files this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's orders denying his motion to dismiss and separately filed plea to the jurisdiction. Dr. Illoh contends the trial court erred by denying his motion to dismiss and his plea to the jurisdiction.
