GUADALUPE RIVERA, Justice.

FaulknerUSA, L.P., FaulknerUSA GP, Inc. (Faulkner), and Safeco Insurance Company of America (Safeco), appeal the trial court's summary judgment in favor of Alaron Supply Company, Inc. (Alaron). We reverse.
