This is a property tax appraisal dispute. Bilinsco, Inc., and Linda Boyd (collectively, "Bilinsco") sued the Harris County Appraisal District ("the district") and the Harris County Appraisal Review Board ("the board") to challenge the board's valuation of Bilinsco's property for 2008.
