This action arises from the demolition of four houses owned by the appellant, Communities Helping Communities, Inc. ("CHC"), a non profit corporation. The City of Lancaster ("City") and C&W Wrecking & Demolition ("C&W) filed five motions for summary judgment, two of which were joint motions.
