Appellant George Lesieur, the buyer, brought suit against the sellers, Timothy and Sandra Fryar, and the Fryars' real estate agents, Cynthia Morales d/b/a Morales Realty and Cynthia Gonzalez, alleging claims for fraud, violations of the DTPA, negligence, negligent misrepresentation, and civil conspiracy.
