OPINION

MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

A Floyd County jury found appellant, Michael Runningwolf, guilty of simulating legal process2 and assessed punishment at confinement for one year in the Floyd County Jail and a $4,000.00 fine. We affirm.
