This appeal concerns plaintiffs who seek to compel arbitration with defendants pursuant to an arbitration agreement between the defendants and a company that markets and sells the plaintiffs' product to the defendants. The plaintiffs are appellants, Rene van Zanten, Westhoff Ranch, LP, and Cookin' with Gas, LP (collectively, "the Owners"). The Owners contend the trial court erred by refusing to compel arbitration of their claims...
