Henry Charles Hennings III was charged with the offense of driving while intoxicated. He pled not guilty and proceeded to trial. The jury returned a verdict of guilty and the trial judge assessed punishment. Appellant was sentenced to confinement of 180 days in the Andrews County Jail, but the court probated the sentence to one year of community supervision; one year of driver's license suspension; eighty hours of community...
