Appellant Jamie Pittman, the first of the alleged "Mineola Swingers"1 was tried and convicted in March 2008 in Smith County, Texas of a single count of aggravated sexual assault of a child. He was sentenced to confinement for life. Appellant asserts five issues on appeal, but we reach only two. Appellant asserts the trial court reversibly erred by (a) not granting a new trial on Brady
