Appellant Lauren Taber, acting individually and as next friend to her minor son Jordan Robinson, sued appellees Dr. Catherine Nguyen Roush and Plaza Ob-Gyn Associates, P.A. Dr. Roush provided prenatal care to Taber and delivered Jordan, who suffered nerve injuries during birth. Taber attributes Jordan's nerve injuries to Dr. Roush's asserted negligence.
