Appellee Aim High Logistics Services, LLC ("Aim High") sued appellants Exel Transportation Services, Inc. ("Exel"), Rick Sipkoi ("Sipkoi"), and Sip-Code Logistics, Inc. ("Sip-Code") (collectively, "appellants") for breach of contract and tortious interference with a contract.
