JAN P. PATTERSON, Justice.

A jury found appellant William Thomas Jacobsen guilty of continuous sexual abuse of a child, and the trial court assessed punishment at life imprisonment. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 21.02 (West Supp. 2009). In two points of error, appellant contends that section 21.02 violates the Texas Constitution's jury unanimity requirement and that the indictment was fundamentally defective.
