Amanda Ham was an overnight guest at The Wimberly Apartment Homes when she was shot by an intruder. She suffered injury and brought suit against appellees alleging negligence and gross negligence. The trial judge granted a no-evidence summary judgment. Ham appeals, alleging the trial judge erred by granting appellees' no-evidence summary judgment. Ham also contends the trial court abused its discretion in denying her motions...
