James Hiatt was charged with committing the offenses of indecency with a child and aggravated sexual assault of a child. A jury found Hiatt guilty of five counts of indecency with a child and four counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. The jury assessed Hiatt's punishment at 20 years confinement for each count of indecency with a child and 60 years confinement...
