MACKEY K. HANCOCK, Justice.

Appellant, Michelle Rocha, appeals the trial court's grant of appellee's, Potter County, plea to the jurisdiction and motion for summary judgment relating to Rocha's 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims.1 We affirm.
