The main issue in this appeal is whether all of the plaintiff's breach-of-contract claims against a surgeon and a health care organization should be characterized as health care liability claims or whether, as the trial court ruled, only some of these claims should be so characterized. We conclude that all of the claims are health care liability claims, and that the trial court abused its discretion to the extent it denied...
