MEYERS, J., delivered the opinion of the unanimous Court.

Appellant was arrested for possession of child pornography. He entered an open plea of guilty, requested that the court assess punishment, and filed an application for probation. The trial court accepted the plea and ordered a pre-sentence investigation (PSI) report. At the sentencing hearing, Appellant objected to parts of the PSI that contained facts about a pending unadjudicated...
