Opinion By Justice FITZGERALD.

Appellees sued the City of Dallas on claims arising from the death of Taylor Hillis. The City filed a plea to the jurisdiction based on governmental immunity. The trial court signed an order granting the plea in part and denying it in part. The City timely perfected this interlocutory appeal from that order.
