DAVID GAULTNEY, Justice.

Geoffrey T. Wood appeals the denial of his pretrial habeas corpus application requesting bail reduction. Wood is charged by indictment with two counts of aggregate theft that, under the facts of this case, are first degree felonies. See TEX. PEN. CODE ANN. § 31.09 (Vernon 2003); TEX. PEN.CODE ANN. §§ 12.32, 31.03(e)(7) (Vernon Supp.2009). The trial court set bail at $375,000 on each of the two counts...
