Appellant Louise Shih sued appellees David A. Tamisiea and Sheef & Stone, L.L.P., asserting claims for professional negligence, violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA), and breach of fiduciary duty. In three issues, Shih appeals the trial court's summary judgment orders dismissing her claims against appellees.
