We withdraw our August 31, 2009 opinion, substitute this opinion in its place, and vacate our judgment of that date.1

In one issue, appellants, Dixon Financial Services, Ltd. ("Dixon Financial") and Hyperdynamics Corporation ("Hyperdynamics"), contend that the trial court erred by granting summary judgment in favor of appellees, James Chang, Nick H. Johnson, Riley L. Burnett, Jr....
