Tarsha Delavette Woods appeals her conviction by a jury for the offense of aggravated assault against a public servant. The jury also found that Woods used a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon in the commission of the offense. The jury assessed her punishment at seven years of confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division, and a fine of $5,000. The jury recommended that the confinement...
