George Henry Williams, Jr.,1 and his wife, Peggy, frequently kept Peggy's granddaughter, J.A., when J.A.'s mother had to be at work at 5:30 a.m. In February 2008, J.A. made an outcry allegation that, when her mother left her with the Williamses on those occasions Williams sexually abused her.
