Frances Ann Lopez was sentenced to thirty years in prison after a jury convicted her of murdering her husband. Lopez appeals the judgment, complaining the trial court erred in: (1) denying her motion to suppress statements she made to investigators; (2) ruling on several evidentiary matters; and (3) failing to grant a mistrial when the prosecutor commented during closing argument on her failure to testify.
