RICK STRANGE, Justice.

Flo and James Wilson sued Christus Health Southeast Texas d/b/a Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital for injuries Flo sustained when she slipped and fell in a hospital parking garage. The jury found that St. Elizabeth and Flo Wilson were both negligent. The jury allocated 50% of the negligence to St. Elizabeth, 30% of the negligence to Flo, and the remaining 20% to a settling defendant. The jury also found that Flo sustained damages...
