Appellant, Leonard L. Martinez, Senior, was convicted by a jury of felony burglary of a habitation enhanced by two prior felony convictions and sentenced by the trial court to confinement for life. Appellant asserts (1) the evidence is legally and factually insufficient, and the trial court erred by (2) admitting an unwarned statement in violation of his right against self-incrimination and article 38.22 of the Texas Code...
