In this usury case, Jon T. Neubaum and Barbara Neubaum appeal a $3,985,804 judgment awarded to Buck Glove Company. In four issues, the Neubaums contend (1) the evidence does not support the finding of usury liability, (2) their cure letter defeated liability, (3) the damages awarded in the judgment are not supported by the evidence, and (4) the award of attorney's fees is not supported by the evidence.
