BRIAN QUINN, Chief Justice.

David O. Meekins pled guilty to and was convicted of possessing two or less ounces of marijuana after the trial court denied his motion to suppress. Whether the trial court acted properly in so acting is now before us. Meekins believes that the motion should have been granted because 1) the arresting officer unreasonably prolonged his detention, and 2) his consent to search his vehicle was neither positive or unequivocal...
