Appellant, Jesse Rodriguez, pled guilty, on May 25, 2006, to possessing more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams of cocaine.1 The plea agreement imposed nine years' imprisonment on appellant. Appellant accepted the plea the same day that the trial court denied his motion to suppress the cocaine.
