I. INTRODUCTION
The primary issue we address in this appeal is whether the trial court erred by denying Appellant Mark Derichsweiler's motion to suppress. Because, as set forth below, police lacked reasonable suspicion to stop Derichsweiler, we hold that the trial court did err by denying Derichsweiler's motion to suppress.
