In these accelerated, interlocutory appeals, Appellant Chance W. Dingler, M.D. appeals the trial court's order denying his motion to dismiss the health care liability claims of Appellees Linda Diane Tucker and Myrle Tucker, and the Tuckers as Appellants appeal the trial court's order dismissing their health care liability claims against Appellee Nocona Medical Clinic, P.A.
