Donald Ray McIntosh was found guilty by a jury of violating a protective order and resisting transportation, and found not guilty of assault. The trial court sentenced McIntosh to one year in jail and a $500 fine on the protective order charge and to ninety days in jail and a $100.00 fine on the resisting transportation charge.
