Appellant Enedelia A. Sepeda was convicted of murder upon her plea of guilty and confession in support thereof. Pursuant to a plea bargain, the trial court sentenced her to forty years imprisonment. On November 27, 2007, she filed a motion for post-conviction DNA testing.
