A jury convicted appellant, Helen Kiansky Kamen, of driving while intoxicated. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 49.04 (Vernon 2003). The trial court assessed punishment at 180 days in jail, probated for 15 months, plus additional fines, fees, and community service.
