TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Justice.

Introduction

In nine issues, appellant Eric Cox appeals the trial court's orders granting the separate summary judgment motions of appellees Waste Management of Texas, Inc. (Waste Management) and Tony Wadley. We affirm.
