A jury convicted Horace Hiawathai Walker for felony driving while intoxicated, third offense or more. See TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. § 49.04 (Vernon 2003). Walker pleaded true to three enhancement paragraphs and the trial court assessed punishment at twenty-five years' confinement.
