Oliphant Financial, LLC appeals the dismissal for want of prosecution of its breach of contract suit against Julio Galaviz. In a single issue, Oliphant asserts the trial court erred when it dismissed this case for want of prosecution, arguing it was entitled to a default judgment on liquidated damages and attorney's fees because the judgment was supported by the pleadings and attached documents and by deemed admissions...
