Opinion by Chief Justice MORRISS.

Lynn and Ronnie Goforth claim that their infant daughter, Evelyn L. Goforth, was improperly given certain medication, causing her to have seizures and to incur unnecessary medical expenses. The Goforths also claim that the medication was improperly administered due to negligence by her doctor, J. Colton Bradshaw, her pharmacist, Bill Buckman, and Buckman's pharmacy, Buckman Drug Store.
