Ada Betty Cuadros-Fernandez appeals her conviction for capital murder of a child under six years of age. After the jury found appellant guilty, the trial court sentenced appellant to the mandatory sentence of life imprisonment. TEX. PENAL CODE ANN. §§ 12.31(a), 19.03(b) (Vernon Supp. 2008).
