REX D. DAVIS, Justice.

Appellant Ismael DeLeon Luna appeals his conviction for two counts of felony delivery of a controlled substance (greater than one gram but less than four grams) in a drug free zone and one count of felony possession of a controlled substance (over 400 grams) in a drug free zone. A jury assessed ten-year and twenty-year prison sentences, respectively, for the first two counts and a thirty-year prison sentence and $15,000 fine...
